$540.00 at signing of contract (includes $40 credit application fee).
- Balance of 10% down payment in 30 days at which time lot is deeded to Buyer
and the Developer takes back a Note and Deed of Trust for the balance due as per
the following:
A) Payments of $400 per month (includes principal and 6% interest on the
unpaid balance).
B) Interest to start 60 days after property is deeded to Buyer.
C) First payment of $400 is due 90 days after property is deeded to Buyer.
D) Entire balance is due 3 years after property is deeded to Buyer, unless time
is extended by holder of the note.
E) Buyer to be responsible for real estate taxes on said lot from date Deed is
recorded.
F) Buyer to be responsible for Homeowner Association dues in the amount of
$35 per month, paid quarterly, in advance.
